253 West 125th Street
New York, NY
10027
(212) 531-5301
One of the landmarks of Harlem, the Apollo Theater is perhaps best known for its amateur night and the syndicated television show that brings African-American talent into millions of homes. The Apollo has been and continues to be more than just a jumping off point for aspiring talent, however. The theater screens films and hosts rock and gospel concerts, benefits and theater performances.
