Cayuga Chamber Orchestra Tompkins County
Dubbed "the Official Orchestra of the City of Ithaca," the Cayuga Chamber Orchestra was founded in 1976 to bring top quality classical music to the Finger Lakes region of New York. The ensemble performs a full range of classical selections at concerts held throughout Ithaca during the fall, winter and spring.
Cayuga Nature Center Tompkins County
A 75-acre nature preserve located on the site of a former tuberculosis preventorium in Ithaca, the Cayuga Nature Center offers five miles of hiking trails, observation of over 30 birds, animals and reptiles that the center keeps in captivity, and a six-story Treetops tree house that guests may scale to see views of the surrounding lakes and forests. The center also maintains a large indoor Butterfly House during the summer months that is home to a variety of local indigenous species.

A multi-arts training center located in downtown Ithaca, the Community School of Music & Arts is an integral part of the cultural fabric of the Finger Lakes region.
