- Antique Boat Museum Jefferson County
- With permanent exhibitions about outboard motors, birchbark canoes and a skiff livery where visitors can rent out boats and test them out on the St. Lawrence River, the Antique Boat Museum promotes knowledge about the technology and culture of freshwater boating.
- Cinema 10 St. Lawrence County
- With the mission of bringing alternative cinema to St. Lawrence County, Cinema 10 offers regular screenings of independent and documentary films that might not otherwise be shown in this area of the state. Screenings are held on Monday evenings at the Roxy Theater in downtown Potsdam during the Spring and Fall.
- Frederic Remington Art Museum St. Lawrence County
- Located in an historic 1810 mansion in Ogdensburg, the Frederic Remington Art Museum documents and displays the life and work of this artist famous for his bronze sculptures and painted scenes of the West. Remington (1861-1909) was a frequent visitor to St. Lawrence County and upon his death, his widow, Eva Caten Remington, moved into the home thanks to the benevolence of friends and a local industrialist. In 1923, the home became the Remington Art Memorial and host to the collections of Eva and her sister Emma. Today, the museum hosts a number of rotating exhibitions referencing Remington’s art and the art of the West and is also home to the Eva Caten Remington Education Center that features a number of interactive exhibits for children.

- The Harbor Festivals Guild oversees Harborfest, a four-day, admission-free outdoor music and arts festival held in July on the southeastern shores of Lake Ontario.

- Located in Watertown, the Jefferson County Historical Society mounts five exhibitions a year. Past exhibits have detailed manufacturing history and the history of Watertown City Park which was designed by landscape impresario Frederick Law Olmsted.

- An umbrella organization representing 71 public libraries around the North Country region of upstate New York, the library system and its members hold a variety of regular literary events, including poetry readings, lectures by authors and writing workshops. Many of the member libraries also host arts exhibitions featuring the work of local artists or art relating to the North Country.

- Since 1974, the Norwood Village Green Concert Series has brought over 500 free musical performances to this St. Lawrence County community. Held several times a week throughout the summer, the series features concerts by local, national and international talent.

- Thw Oswego Music Hall and Ontario Center for the Performing Arts is an intimate performance space set on the shores of Lake Oswego that presents musical and theatrical performances from September through June. Ranging from jazz, bluegrass, folk and pop, the music performances held by this all-volunteer organization cater to audience members both young and old.
- Oswego County Historical Society Oswego County
- Housed in the historic Richardson-Bates House in Oswego, the historical society museum exhibits a wide variety of objects, art works and ephemera relating to Oswego County's culture and residents. The society maintains over 13,000 documents, photographs and objects in its collection and has mounted exhibitions on the history of slavery and emancipation to provide clearer insight into the many facets of this upstate New York community.
